Parent Meeting
TYWO (Tiger Youth Wrestling) Wrestling will have an informational parent meeting 11/2/2020 at 5:30pm in the ATA Wrestling Room located at 520 Greencove Rd.
Why more than one sport?
Many times parents think it's necessary to have their child specialize in one sport and one sport only. While dedication is a very important part of any endeavor, scientific evidence suggests that playing multiple sports during childhood and adolescence is more effective than single-sport specialization in developing successful athletes. In fact the data suggest that early single-sport specialization actually might be detrimental to long-term success in team sports. TYWO Wrestling supports children being well rounded athletes.
